it's my week for coming up with weird definitions.
but this one is vexing me.
what do you can a person who doesnt want their art, poetry, songs to be interpreted?
Realist is taken, non-interpretest possibly?
i've known this about myself ever since college when a professor "interpreted" a poem for me. Now i loved this poem, thought it was very beautiful. then he interpreted it and it was suddenly ugly.
yesterday i saw a chinese painting that i really liked. now usually i dont go for that style...but this caught my eye. I went to go find out more about it, like the price, and they told me what the artist was going for and what he meant with the symbols...ruined the whole thing.
sorry...but dont tell me what the artist was going for. sorry, but i want to get out of it what i get out of it.
