This weeks' challenge was to make a series of art, to complete the whole. I had no time to do a true series, so did this piece. It started out a as a background using a technique that was new to me, drawing and painting, and then using some of that as collage elements. A series of new techniques which was totally out of my comfort zone. It's kinda weird, but then so am I:) This weekly challenge has given me something arty to focus on, instead of worrying about Judy, worrying about work, worrying about what the neuro guy will say on Friday-I just need t quit worrying so damn much!
Due to screwy schedules, we decided to have Easter dinner with the kids next week Sunday. Mo questions asked from my daughter, but my son called to see if I wanted him to come home anyway so I wouldn't have to spend the holiday alone. That was so sweet, and I'm so proud of him having turned into a person that cares about others, especially his mother-lol!
