I know everyone jokes about him now and stuff, but he was still a BAMF at a time. And that article says he was going to start a comeback tour in July. Just, daaaamn.

The Michael Jackson thing was a *HUGE* deal over in the UK. Like, his comeback concert (there were going to be 50 shows) was in London, and for two weeks (the whole time we were there after he died) there were tons of shows about him on the TV, and the radio stations would do 'shows' on him where it would be an hour of his music. He was just huge over there, it was amazing. So I was wondering how big a deal it was back over here...? Like, TV wise and such.

I don't really watch a lot of TV, but I know all the news channels had huge things about it. I think CNN had a memorial service, even. And yeah, the radio played his music too. Oh, and pretty much EVERY SINGLE MAGAZINE has to talk about it. Talk about his legacy, what they're going to do with the kids, etc etc. So I guess maybe it's about the same?

As for you coming over, I fooorgot we're getting the outside of our house painted. But mom said they just need to figure out when they're coming, and then they can figure out when I can come over or you come over. I don't actually know which they'd rather do, but I'll try and get you to come over because you uh. Rarely do. *dies* The painters were supposed to show up yesterday but they didn't, but they're here today so maybe when they leave mom will know when they're coming back and can figure that all out~~

Okay, I was wondering. But every day, for hours, for weeks, there was stuff. It was crazy.

Okay. yeah. Whenever. When I called you the other day, I was in a weird mood and on the cell phone so that's why it was so hard to hear, but I was kinda being driven INSANE by my family. 'Cause Grandma sold the house and is moving, and this house was *Grandpa's* house and I know it's hers techincally, but it's like, you don't have the right to sell it, it should be ours. Plus, we moved a lot so it's kinda like my childhood home and I am not handling this well. So I needed to talk to someone outside my family if only for a bit. So yeah, it was a bit weird, sorry.

Annnnd, I just ordered Star Trek: The Animated series, and I have the Alternate Realities Fan Collective, so I could bring over Star Trek and we could have a marathon of 60s crack? (Ohhh, I could bring over the 60s Batman too.) But it hasn't come yet: it should be here on Monday at the latest. So anytime around then?

Awe DDDD: I'm sorry, that's really lame. I was actually about to take a shower and then leave the house so I was kind of in a "What, someone's calling me now?!" mood but it's cool, it's not like I minded. ♥

And that sounds absolutely spiffy, Especially since I've kind of been thinking of the old Batman series lately. Aaaand if it's my house we have lots of junk food, woo! And I need to see the animated Star Trek. Because... yeah.

Ye-ah. It's been kinda a mess. But oh, did I mention I finally saw the Iron Giant? (Not that I can type Giant or anything... I kept typing Gaint about 5 times).

Sadly, I don't have the series of the old Batman (Is that even out on DVD?) but I have the movie? I don't know if that's been on TV or not, but I has it, and shiny special features too. And yes, Animated. Star. Trek. There are not words for this series. :D

THE IRON GIANT AAAAH ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Love that thing! I even got the dorky book it was based on, even if uh. The movie's loads better. *dies* Oh well the book is still kinda cute.

Pffft, the series isn't on DVD because of copyright issues. I've actually seen the movie twice, I meant I was in the mood for the movie. I was trying to remember the other day if the Penguin was in it or I just made up all those scenes (or watched an episode of the TV show online and mixed it up).

Haha. Yeah, it was a lot better than I was really expecting (Just because I don't often love animated movies).

Really? Okay, that kinda sucks. Ah well, at least we have the movie? And I think the Penguin was in it. Like I'm pretty sure.

I'M SO GOOD AT PASSING ALONG INFORMATION okay uuuh so you could totally come over! Mom's not sure about sleeping over yet because painting people bah but you can definitely come over! (You don't want to sleep over if they're here, okay, trust me) And I said you wanted to come over after Monday so any day that's good for you works, and then we can figure out if you can sleep over. But WOO ♥ Aaaaand if this was confusing sorry I'm tired *dies*

Ahhhhhhhhh, crap. I feel bad now because family kinda went, "HEY, LETS DO FAMILY STUFF" (and by family I need grandparents, cousins, and those people) so the earliest might be Friday (Mom is going to have some people I don't like over so I might just flee to your house >.>) or Sunday or next Monday. But I wouldn't be able to spend the night on Friday if I did come (Wedding the next day. Ah, family >.>) But yeah, unless more stuff comes up, next week looks completely free, starting on Sunday.

That's okay! Actually kind of nicer because uuuuh my grandfather's dying so my dad's like... kind of distracted and stuff. So by the time you're unbusy (that's totally a word shh) things should be a better :D; So if you want to flee Friday works, otherwise we could figure out after Sunday what works for getting you to sleep oooover, yep.

Don't feel bad! And it's okay, I didn't really know him, I just feel bad for my dad, but I guess he's taking it okayish considering. He's just acting all forgetful right now and would rather be distracted by something *dies*
