I'm awake but i have lost my brain juice...

Cunt, it seems to me, is a word that many find more offensive than bitch but i don't understand why...

the connotations for the word cunt to me are well vaginal and while i have had my "eww it's gross down there" phase once you have someone go down on you you get over that real fast.

the connotations of the word bitch however when used as a noun so i suppose i mean Bitch, cover all of the most abhorrent and blatant aspects of misogyny inherent in our society today. By that i mean that Bitch has come to stand for a stereotype female. She is catty, competitive, ball busting, frigid, evil, conniving, gold digging, heartless, controllable, shallow, stupid, her motives are clear, she is irrational etc...

Cunt sounds inviting by comparison maybe a little mysterious, maybe clever, and mystical but not evil or shallow.

maybe it's geographic though I had friends in college who thought cunt was the absolute worst word to use when describing a woman.

The thing is that i am absolutely against the word bitch, its not cute, its not funny, its just tacky, and makes you seem lower class because it means so many things using it to describe a woman you don't like is too easy.

I especially find it offensive (as in "that is an offensive odor") or maybe i am irritated by women who proclaim themselves "BITCHES" because i think the woman who does this willingly takes on the mantle of the stereotype "Bitch" and becomes a reinforcement of the stereotype. There is bound to be a lot of unhappy Bitches out there because living as a stereotype is a wholly unsatisfying lifestyle, have we learned nothing from our foremothers? the stepford wives of the 50s all either went insane, or killed them selves (the ones who were smart enough to see the "big lie") there must be just as many dissatisfied Bitches now as there were suicidal house wives back then which maybe why Bitches have a tenancy toward pill popping, divorce, plastic surgery, cocktails for breakfast, and being jealous that their daughters got into the gone wild videos. Maybe i slipped into describing the MILF stereotype ... is there a difference?

I hate Bitches i hate trifling ass bitches

but i love to bitch.... the phenomenon of bitching as a verb is fantastic so i do make a very specific distinction between the two.

men cannot use the word bitch when speaking about a woman, cunt however i have no problem with.

On a side note... I wonder how many "Pimps" are sick of living up to the stereotype....
I wish their "Bitches" would snatch their balls and knock them down a peg.

the seemingly inherent misogyny in black culture seriously bothers me.

Why do we try to be ridiculous parodies of ourselves, sometimes i wish we had a real roman style pantheon then at least the stereotypes we imperfect humans seem driven to make up would each have a separate mythological life of their own and could leave us to being just people, even the celebrities.
