I think there is something truly, truly wrong with me.
I just got back from King Kong. And I didn't think this was truly the greatest movie ever. Anyone that knows me should know that I'm a huge Peter Jackson/LotR fan. So I expected this movie to floor me. I knew it wasn't going to be better than LotR(how could it?) but i feel like I didn't connect emotionaly to the movie as much as I should have. Perhaps I had my hopes a tiny bit high. But, then again, the more i think about it, the more I realize how wonderful a movie it is. I suppose it will still go under my 10 top movies ever. More under the cut. Don't worry though, I really do like this movie.
-The special effects were amazing, there were actually moments (beleive it or not, that I forgot kong was CG.)
- There were a lot of moments that made me go, yeah right:P Not that I mind. And the parts with the bugs just killed me.
-I really loved the first part of the movie before Kong appeared, although I beleive this caused a problem.
-I became more attached to the relationship between Adrien Brody's charactar and Anne then the one between Anne and Kong
- I think if stupid Penny Arcade had spoiled the ending I would have cried, my aunt who went with me cried so much:P
-The native tribe people were freaking scary
- One movie that was 3 hours long that didn't seem that long
- Ok, screw it, I do love this movie ^^;
- Adrian Brody is teh sex
Come on, what's not to love. ^_____^
And as evident in the title, I watched all three LotR movies yesterday. Yes, I am crazy. But it was fun. And I still stand firm when I say that the last hour is the best hour of cinema ever. Too bad RotK reminds me of dave since we actually watched it together I also realized something really scary. The shire is like teletubby land and the 4 hobbits are like the 4 teletubbies. I'm sorry. So now I present:
*Squee!*

The best part of breaking up is making up
And they lived happily ever after. ^_^ (I'm a pervert)
Yes *ahem* Today while I was at the theater I ran into 3 friends from middle schoo (wow) I had actually been thinking about Jenny a couple of days ago. Unfortunaly they hardly acknowledged that we had been friends. Oh well, I don't have many friends still left from middle school. Except John ^_^ I also started Hikaru no Go last night, good show. I want to join my school's go club now. I've been working on this entry far too long, soooo...
