Comic Con was amazing! That is all. Colin Morgan is just as adorable in real life and Anthony Head is absolutely brilliant! Brian and Mike! I got their autographs on a Korra poster; and they cut off the line at Dark Horse so I couldn't get them to sign the ATLA art book; but, I'll live with it. The panels were really fun and it's so different compared to the anime conventions I've previously attended. SDCC was much more professional in security, panels, everything. Unlike other conventions I've been to, I don't think I'd hesitate in saying that I want to go again next year. I imagine that AX would actually be rather similar SDCC (which is soon to become LACC? Or so I heard). There was also so much swag, it's kind of crazy. Fun fact: I was more or less a walking BBC advert for the entirety of Friday. At the end of nearly every day, I thought my shoulder was going to break from the weight of all the stuff I got.
Mythbusters was awesome! So much win! And I hadn't expected to attend the Castle panel, but we did because we wanted to get to the Merlin panel and the cast was absolutely awesome! They have such great chemistry and I think I should start watching Castle because beginning of the next season looked fantastic. I'm probably also going to start watching "Look Around You" because I kind of got a lab coat and the creators' autographs already so... yes. I felt so out of touch with the TV world as I looked through the programming. Also, guys, little kids in cosplay is the cutest thing ever! It makes me want a kid so badly just so I could make him or her cosplay :D
Guys, I left on the 21st so I didn't get to see the press release but
Legend of Korra sounds amazing! Okay, that particular type-up is kind of bad and typos everywhere, but STEAMPUNK CITY, GUYS!
Have more info! I'm so excited that I'm kind of crying over the fact that I no longer have cable to watch Nickelodeon.
And that's about it. I hope everyone else enjoyed themselves at the con! :)
