Positivity Post
lucy_locket came up with the idea of Positivity Posts to give us all a little lift.
Here we go. Firstly, I got mucho excited by my Batman on Batbike statue that arrived today.
Isn't he brilliant?!?! He now has pride of place on top of my speaker along with Nightwing and Robin. Dear DC Comics, I am unamused with the Nightwing situation. Bring back Bruce Wayne and put Dick Grayson back in the 'wing suit please. I give you 18 months to fulfill this request and then I shall calmly review the amount of money I give you. Hugs and kisses.
It's okay that I still haven't opened my box from Forbidden Planet. One day I will open it and then Ianto will be given optimum display space on the other side of my desk.
I'm very excited about the new seasons of NCIS and Criminal Minds and I can't wait for season 5 of SGA to arrive in the post. I'm also looking forward to season 4 of SPN on Blu-ray, as I've not seen any of it yet and am relatively spoiler free.
I love my dog and my cat and I am so very grateful that my cat has got to 14 so far without ANY health issues. I am thankful that my real family found me when they did and I love them all very much. I even have two awesome step-dads!
I am thankful that even though I only knew my brother for a short time, that at least I did get some time with him. If it had been left down to my dad's side of the family it would never have happened at all so thank god I have a sister who somehow knew the time had come for us all to be reunited, and interfered. She's such a tinker.
I am so looking forward to the Doctor Who Christmas Special and the new series. I have a good feeling about the new Doctor now. I'm also very excited about season 2 of Merlin.
I can't wait for the three conventions kitty_poker1 and I are attending, including the TW one. It will fabulous to hang out with friends again. Also looking forward to seeing the Walking With Dinosaurs Arena Spectacular! and Shakespeare at The Globe with my friend R and Alice Cooper with BB.
What else? Hmmm. I am thankful for pizza and chips and chocolate and Deathstroke.
