dinner at 930

Glazed Mandarin Chicken Wings were on the menu tonight as well as a Pre-Dinner App I like to call
Tuna Salad Pocket Pita's.

If I wasn't so lazy I would pull my camera out from hiding and take a beautiful picture of this colorful dish but that won't be happening.

Maybe I'll treat you with a photo documentation of the step by step another time.

My 1950's kitchen is, well, small, but I am finding a way to get around this and only getting used to the fact that the smells of the kitchen WILL in fact linger all throughout the house. That's not a BAD thing, mind you. It only makes the neighbors and their dogs jealous.

The other day I swore I could smell my pot roast cooking from a block away. This is what's great about living in the neighborhood, walking around smelling what everyone is cooking. Not to say you can't smell the kitchen of some apartment homes. I'm blabbing.
