Request for help (if anyone's still reading this LJ! ^^;)

So, I've been stalking Jticket International ever since news of Yamapi's new album came out. The newsletter said they would let us know when we can start requesting for tickets. The tour has started and I still have no idea how on earth to request a ticket!! It might even be too late to do so anyway T^T (FYI: I was hoping to go to one of the December shows for which tickets don't seem to have been allotted yet.)

Anyho, if anyone knows how international fans can request tickets, please tell me T___T I don't want to spend absurd amounts of money for something I can get formally with no hassle ^^;
