Help! Listening comprehension

Have also interrupted my AnJ translations, and I'm more sorry for that >.<
Life gets hectic sometimes... or all the time ^^;
Anyway, I want to ask for advice from all students of the Japanese language (current and ex) ^^
How do you practice your listening? I was asked for audio material that could help in preparation for the N4 exam. It doesn't have to be specifically for that, but of that approximate level.
Anything that comes to your mind would be appreciated ^^
(I myself have no idea because I never looked for audio stuff with the JLPT exam in mind. I just randomly listened to songs and watched dorama XD).
