-, NEWS, as you probably know by now, topped last week's Oricon chart with SUMMER TIME, bringing their total #1 singles to 9, pushing past Hikaru no Genji (who has 8), and becoming second to KinKi Kids's record of 26 #1 singles !!! With DUES's (DON'T U EVER STOP) release today, KAT-TUN climbs to #1 (over 104'000 copies sold) and NEWS goes down to #5 in the daily chart. [source: Oricon website]
-, This is old news but, Jin will be taking on his first voice-acting role in Wachowskis' live-action "Speed Racer". He will lead the Japanese dub for the movie.

In the partial results, male voters gave 4th position to Yamashita Tomohisa.
Nishikido Ryo was the only male in last year's top 10 (he was at #9).
