Robinson Furmeet Success?
Well, I just kinda woke up and I must say, I am feeling rather relieved and actually really good at how things turned out last night at the furmeet I hosted at the local coffee shop here in Robinson.
So, here are a few lil facts for ya:
About 28-30 furs attended, which was a MAJOR high from the estimated 15-20 that I predicted would show up.
Both Swift and Silaria showed up, and I really really appreciate them coming and supporting me
Xavier Fox and Teh_Wuff both came as well, along with a lot of people from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, so we had a good mix of people.
The meet ran from bout 7-9:30 at Niko's, then shifted to Denny's for the remainder of the evening.
Overall, I think it was a hell of a good start for a first meet. I am really hoping that everyone had fun just hanging out, meeting new friends, and relaxing. I would like to ask for some feedback if anyone has any input they would like to add about it, please feel free to fire at will! I like to know what you liked, disliked, and anything else you would like to add.
The next meet has yet to be scheduled, and for now it will be a monthly meet. It may shift to a bi-weekly meet based on interest.
