Challenge five; here we go. From now on, we are going to have a theme for each challenge :)

Theme

BLACK&WHITE / MONOCHROME

Your icon must only have black & white & shade of grey OR black & shade of ONE colour.

You have to submit only one (1) icon made from the images provided; no other images may be used.
Blending of images is allowed. Textures, brushes, gradients are all allowed.
Icons must adhere to LJ standards: 100x100, under 40 KB, in .png or .jpg format.
Icons submitted must be newly made for the challenge and must remain anonymous. Violation results in an automatic elimination.
Icons have to be uploaded to a free image host, preferably tinypic. Please do not upload your icon on Photobucket or LJ scrapbook for anonymity.
