"It’s yours," Donghae says; makes a heart with his hands, incase Heechul doesn’t understand. "It’s yours."
Heechul looks on, with eyes that are alert, but without any emotion behind them. He doesn’t - can’t - feel emotion. He is artificial, programmed systems and mechanisms. His nerves are wires written to follow orders from his ‘brain’, the core of all his programmes, and his heart, his heart is the hollow in his chest, technology, instead of that vital organ.
"You have mine."
Heechul wishes he had one, to give in return. If a robot could wish, and had a heart to give away.
