Ohhhh, there are really no words for how much I love this. It's so... perfectly Veronica and Duncan, and they are so sweet and high school-y and yet so genuine. My favorite line is this: "the smell of gasoline in the summer heat will always remind you of the time you thought three months was your whole life." Beautiful.

He asks you to the dance, and you can tell he’s practised everything he wanted to say, and wonder if he even has it all written out in front of him.

You try not to sound too eager when you say yes, but you have no idea what you sound like because all you can hear is his voice.

I kinda like Veronica with Logan, but Duncan/Veronica have all the makings of being the epic couple.
