Fill: Bruises Don't Count 1/1

It's late and they are still working. Harvey has lost his jacket and his tie is slowly but surely loosening. Mike has his sleeves rolled up but the knot of his tie is resolutely in place. He does reach up and touch a corner of his collar every few minutes, but seems unaware.

Harvey is not. Every time Mike reaches up and tugs on his collar or just to run his fingers over it Harvey's eyes follow it and his grin sharpens. He puts down his pen for a moment and just watches Mike.

Something startles Mike and a freezes for a second before looking over at Harvey. Catching Harvey staring at him surprises Mike. He once more touches his collar but stops when he sees Harvey grin. Mike glares back at him.

That only makes Harvey even more smug. "You do remember what I told you about lawyers, right?" he asks, smirking.

"Shut up," Mike mumbles while quickly looking down and flipping some pages.

"Press until-" Harvey starts, but is cut off.

"You were talking about the case! I didn't know it was some twisted innuendo on your part."

Harvey half laughs, half scoffs. "Twisted? It's just a hickey."

Mike just glowers at him. "That isn't at all what doctors do. I'm sure it's some form of malpractice. I'll be sure to read up on it later."

Harvey chuckles. He gets up from his desk and slowly makes his way over to Mike. He moves like some kind of large, predatory cat, Mike thinks. He doesn't change his mind about that when Harvey leans over, getting way into Mike's personal space.

"You know what they say about lawyers being sharks, don't you?" he whispers into Mikes ear. Harvey then places his hand on Mike's shoulder and rubs his thumb over the mark hidden just under his shirt. Then he gently bites his ear.

By the time Mike is able to react Harvey is already back at his desk, pen in hand. His smile is shark-like, Mike has to admit.

Fighting his own smile (and a blush) Mike tries to find the document he could swear he just had in his hand. He takes a calming breath.

"You'd still make a terrible doctor, you know."

Oh man. Everything this DOESN'T say contributes to its awesomeness. Was Mike the patient? The naughty nurse? The doctor's slightly nervous young lawyer? SO MANY QUESTIONS.

Also, I seriously believe that every time Mike walks into Pearson Harden wearing the suit from his tailor, Harvey must get a little hard. So his reaction with Mike and the hickey? Completely works for me. Awesome fill!
