I don't care who is being tied up, but I want bondage. Using neckties. Harvey could be teaching Mike about the "proper" use for his stupid skinny ties. Mike could be getting back at Harvey for all his comments about Mike's wardrobe.
At any rate: one of them is tying up the other, using the other's neckties.

It starts out with drinks the day after Mike signs Tom Keller. Somehow, only one, have you ever seen a drunk man on a bicycle? Only funny for everyone else becomes three Belgium ales, taller than Mike's used to and definitely more potent. He's halfway through his third when Harvey starts in on his clothes

I guess it just seemed appropriate to me, since Mike was so easy coming up with the idea, that he'd have some experience with it and keeping things safe.

OH MY GOD. You know how good this is, right? Because this is so good, dammit. The sexual tension is incredible and credible, if that makes any sense. I was trying so very hard not to get sucked into this fandom, but then I read this (and this is literally the first Suits fic I've read) and now I'm done. The decision has been made for me.

I love the fact that it ends where it does. Sometimes it's neither a show nor a tell thing, and this leaves it to the reader's imagination at the perfect moment.
