i have serious anger issues that i'm attending therapy for. it's supposed to help me "make anger my friend" rather than my enemy. i acknowledge when i'm angry and have to say aloud what i want to do when i get that feeling instead of physically taking it out on myself. it's been working i think. i still get scared of being by myself in a room in fear that i'll try something but.. its getting better.

There's a particular friend I have that I secretly hate. She says the wrong things to people, thinks and does the wrong things. In aggravation I've said things I probably shouldn't have about her to otherpeople.
