News on Moody. Well, there is no news. The man is the most infuriating person I've ever had the misfortune to lay eyes on. He always goes home by Floo. He's hidden any records of his home under impenetrable blurring charms, so no one but people approved by himself can see them. I wouldn't be surprised if he had the fidelious charm on it too. With that blasted eye, it's impossible to tail him. I hate to admit it, but I think this is going to have to be a job for Rosier. Damn him.
And then there's this my own department. Which is being even weirder than usual. We've been experimenting with MirrorWorlds. Trying to construct a security device with them. Until now only a magical phenomenon, but we're getting close to perfecting it. But, I think I've thought of a way around it. The key is to recognise the thing's there. After that it's a simple thing to just destroy the mirror. This is surely information the Dark Lord will want. If it's perfected, I can demonstrate how to spot them and avoid them, but damn that contract curse, I can't just tell them. I need to try Dolohov's idea about a curse breaker. This thing really is a nuisance. It's worth trying everything.
