Hee! I really enjoyed this - there's something so elegant and snappy and layered about the style, and it's so nice to see long words and archaic constructions, etc., used properly and pointedly in 'fic sometimes. And the little power-games and observances always going on are so very Albert-esque.

Thanks so much!

About the archaicisms; I think writing so much Ivalice Alliance stuff has really snuck into my style for writing Albert. I'm glad it works, though.

I always feel guilty when I am not the first person to comment on a gift fic/art intended for me. I'd completely forgotten to keep up with my Friends page while I am away, so this was quite a surprise. Unfortunately, despite my good intentions, words utterly fail me and I just want to sit here squealing, "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ♥". Having you write fic for me is already a treat in itself, and then having that fic integrate characters from my two favorite video games of all time, including my favorite fictional character... *gushes* Not to mention how you took an unlikely grouping of characters (Albert and Yuber with Shula of all people) but made it work perfectly anyway. And Ritapon. *dies a happy death* ♥♥♥

I was so worried! But I'm glad you got it and liked it!

Putting the two of them together was such fun for me, even if it meant aging them both. I hoped that was enough about Shula in general. But seriously, writing Albert like this again after so long a time was like a present to me. So thank you!
