My friends, you will all note that there have been some rather strange goings on lately--some of them even dangerous.
I regret to say that I may indirectly be the cause. But I will also see to it that this comes to an end, and if anyone has been permanently harmed, I will do whatever I can to set that right.
*she holds aloft the Twin Blade Flame* This sword is my sister's, twin to my own. I did not come here with it--it arrived recently, much as the other strange things did. It came with a message--that my sister, my comrades, and my people were trying to find a way to bring me home. I think that if I can follow Flame to wherever it is trying to lead me, not only will I find a way home, it will bring an end to the disturbances here--at least to the more out of the ordinary ones of late. If you are curious as to the message's contents, I can try to show you.
First, I want to be sure anyone from my world is aware of this. If you also want to go home, this may be your opportunity. If you choose not to, I will do everything I can to see that you will have the option when you do--though the nature of this place and of gate travel, you know I can make no promises.
Secondly, I am here to ask for help. The sword is leading me underground, within the caverns beneath the castle. You all know there are monsters there, and while they are generally fairly weak, the disturbances seem to have made them stronger. *she looks at her shoulder, bandaged and slung from where the crab hit her* Due to my injury, my mobility is more limited than it should be. I need assistance in exploring the caverns and dispatching the monsters. Any treasure guarded by the monsters is yours, I need no share of it.
