I just... something happened, and I don't know how to fix it.

[For the first time he wants to drink - really drink till there's only blackness, but he won't let himself. That's the easy way out.]

Percival and I? Goddess, we haven't had a bad argument in years, thankfully. But see, Percival is much more ... level-headed than I am so he at least had the sense to back off at some point and allow the both of us some time to cool off. Especially me.

... He was more willing to make up a lot sooner than I was. Again, I'm much more stubborn. So really, it took me ... a couple of weeks of brooding and drinking by myself before I tired of my own sulking.

When you're good friends with someone, you honestly can't stay mad at them for very long, no matter how badly you might argue.
