It's surprising how quickly time goes by after enjoying one fulfilling day after another. How shocking it is to find out that the days nearer to being halfway through August already, but the splendid change of tea and the lovely sun was all worth it--
-- until that vile smell filled up the manor and awoke me into a nightmare. Ugh! The horrendous beast that caused it is now gone and the staff still seem to be working on it, but it's far too late to return to the tranquil comfort. But perhaps, I suppose, this will be a most perfect time to venture into what Budehuc has to offer me in the form of entertainment. What do you do? I do take to reading now and then, but the books available here are not to my taste. If only I had that bag on me!
And before I forget. Miss Cecile? I must speak to you of a most wonderful solution to your odour issues.
