Why is everything still covered in ice? The people in charge of fixing it are not working fast enough. I should not have to find heavier and uncomfortable shoes because you will not do your job.
It's ludicrous to expect me to stay inside all day...if this can even be called that. The terrible conditions; I will not stand for them. To have to eat in the same tavern as the drunkards...disgusting.
This will be remedied.
