An entry!
Wow, it feels like forever since I've LJed! But I've finally got my baby Himiko online (ah, ethernet....*melts*) and we're crusing the WWW together. Next stop: fanfic. Ah, another glorious invention.
So yes, I am in London. And I love it. Only I'd like to change a few things, like net access in our flat and real-life cooking dishes. You try making chicken parmisan for 8 people with two medium pots, one medium skillet and one small skillet. It's a job of work I tell ya. And internet cafes are ripoffs. Plain and simple. Easy Everything Internet Cafe my arse. Ain't nothing easy or everything about it.
But apart from the baby grumbles, I'm loving it here. I've taken oodles of pictures and have been fighting my miserly impulses. My mom called one time, not to tell me to save money, but to spend it. Yeah, I'm a skinflint. What of it?
Also, our flat, which we have dubbed Rosings after Pride and Prejudice, is totally obsessesd with Gareth Gates, the last winner of Britain's Pop Idol TV show. He has two albums out now and they are both the silliest, pop-est songs ever! They are so sappy and silly and wonderful. We sing Gareth all the time and really wanna go to his concert, should he have one.
Anyway, I've got more stuff I need to do before I have leave here (U of London) and get back to the flat. Everyone else in my flat is going to a play tonight for Shakespeare class, which I'm not in, so I'm gonna be Miss Dilegent tonight.
