Just so I know for next time...no matter if we both feel like crap, have headaches or are exhausted...there will be some form of parkour - take appropriate shoes.

I got closer to doing a Kong, I'm keeping my feet together now to just get them up to table level. I can do a lazy vault, but not a normal vault (guard rail and shopping cart corral) and I actually did pretty good learning underbars today.

I have a nice bruise on the inside of my calf - or it will be in a few days. Vaults FTW!
