Hey,
So let's see yesterday I did really well only having a 16 oz latte which is 135 cals. Until DINNER. My boyfriend ordered chinese... and I have to eat when he is about. So I had like 5 wontons and half a cup of chicken chow mein, 4 pieces of sweet and sour pork, 2 small slices of pork, 7 pieces of broccoli AND the springroll!! EWWWWW I am so gross.
And I definately didnt do enough to burn off all those 18 cabillion calories.
Today was alright. I had a 16 oz latte at 135 cals, then I had hald a tuna sandwhich with lots of lettuce and veggies, and only a touch of mayo. And tw diet pepsi's. So.. pretty bad but not TOTALLY horrible.
I think with all my exercise and work today I burnt it off. I am back to my situp, push up, running routine. I WILL burn off the fat from my body and sculpt it back to its former glory. I WILL.
*shudder*
enough of the depressing front. Things go great with the boy, least I have him to keep me happy and sane.
