I remember like 2 months ago, someone made a post on here about religion and how pointless it is to pray. Then they went to say that if there was at all a reason for prayer, they would like to know it. So today it hit me, every soccer game our team gets together and prays right before we get on the field (even though like only 1 person goes to church), we dont pray for god, we do it cause it makes us mentally ready. Its like something you do to prepare yourself and get your mind straight. I mean honestly, who reading this hasnt been in a situation where they let out a slight prayer in hopes it really does mean something and felt the rush afterward? Nevertheless, I totally dont get along with religion and I still think that shits surrounded in mystery.
