on friday i finally got to meet the girls for a very belated birthday party. we had drinks in a lounge bar and by the time we left we were drunk and it was so late most restaurants were already packed. we ended in some chic restaurant: the staff was rude, we spent a lot of money and we ate very little. we spent the rest of the night bar hopping, meeting people and having more drinks.
i spent the rest of the weekend with a. as much as i love going out and partying, sometimes i wish he could take a weekend off so we could go somewhere or just lay in bed and be alone. he said he wansts to get a place down here, so he can set up his office and work from here too.
i got home an hour ago and the boys were gone. i took a hot shower and i'm now enjoying some quality me-time - eating junk food and watching bad tv - before they'll get home.
