Need to vent
In a school where football is king, it's hard to comprehend what happened last night. Call me a traitor if you want, but I've got one word for you - OVERRATED. If we're the number 2 team in the country losing to an unranked team, we obviously didn't deserve the national title this year. The only good thing about this is, even though there'll be some big shoes to fill with Owen gone, we can only go up from here. I mean, fuckin', the Orange Bowl...we can do better than that next year. This is a perfectly upsetting ending to the season of upsets college football has seen...you almost had to expect it. Curse of the number 2? I do believe so.
BUT, I had a great time, and I had an amazingly great conversation with someone really important to me that I really needed to have, and I can't wait to continue it later today.
