They taste of earth (as in soil). Cycling and having one decide it wants to reside in your mouth for a while is unpleasant, however, I was thankfully not stung and managed to not crash. the bee is now dead.

The purpose of this post is to allow you to know the flavour of a bee without having to go and catch one.
