Wow this is so beautifully written i'm in awe. the flowers, the scents. the subtle tones of melancholy and loneliness beneath the light and peaceful narration. joonmyun had something to do with the attacks, didn't he? or am i reading the hints wrong? and luhan's mental state did seem very vulnerable. ugh there're so many things running through my mind right now, i think i'd need to reread the story a few more times to catch the hidden details. i was surprised at how the story ended just like that, but i realised a big part of me didn't want to know how things between them were going to end. what mattered most was that the two were really in love despite their respective circumstances. thank you for writing this wonderful piece, it's a blessing for suhan shippers like me. <3

I really appreciate how deep your characters get so fast. I also appreciate how the emotions on both sides are still somewhat unresolved by the end, because it makes the story more relatable to in a sense.
This work is so awesome, I just really enjoyed everything about it! The chenyin was a really nice touch, and I really appreciated the court intrigue that had me wondering who the true father of Liyin's baby is. I also appreciated Luhan and the paintings; it was a very unique character point.
This is a fantastic addition to the suhan fics out there, of which there are few! I really lie this story, imperial aus are one of my favorites...a truly fantastic work!

I'm so sorry I'm late in commenting. I'm terrible at comments, so forgive me in advance.

This is a wonderful world you've built and wonderful characters to go in it. I really enjoy the little details that set it apart and make it really unique. The relationship between Luhan and Joonmyun was enjoyable. I especially love how Joonmyun seemed to mostly be in charge of it despite Luhan being the Emperor. AND THE SIDE JONGDAE/LI YIN OH MY GOD! I squealed so loud.
