I found this at http://matome.naver.jp/odai/2134727641297974401 and I thought it was interesting. A Japanese fan decided to collect some of Spitz's interesting interviews, so I am here to translate it for everyone! ^__^

-What kind of person is Masamune?

Sakiyama: He's an awkward guy.
Tamura: A person who will surprise you and is well-educated.
Miwa: But he's arrogant.
Tamura: He's like the general of a monkey's hill. (laughs)
Sakiyama: He turns into a bad guy when he's driving.
Tamura: He gets agitated when there are a lot of cars around him and doesn't give signals. The person sitting next to him will always have a hard time.
Miwa: He sucks at making quick decisions. (laughs)

-Do you think Masamune is progressing?

Sakiyama: He is. Not long ago, we had to postpone a live performance because he lost his voice... I think things like these happens once in a while, even though he's been doing this for a long time. Still, during the tour, he became really stoic. He didn't even drink alcohol.... isn't that amazing? (laughs)

Masamune talks about anxiety.

Kusano: Music may be a fun luxury. Still, if I can't get rid of the anxiety in my head, I won't be able to enjoy it... To be able to ease the noisy anxiety for the entire world, not just for my own sake... I want to make songs that can help put down such feelings even for a little while.

Before the release of "Sora mo Toberu Hazu".

Kusano: "Congratulations on entering school for the first time" was the dream that inspired this single. I wonder if young people listen to this song, they'll think about starting to take new steps forward.
Tamura: We're aiming for it to become the theme song for the next 'Spring Koshien'. (annual high school baseball tournament)
Miwa: We're sending out a great song into the world. It's almost sinful to ignore it.

(The song ends up kinda getting ignored. LOL. It does become a mega hit years later when it becomes a theme song for a popular drama at the time)

Masamune and Tamura discusses celebrity gossip.

Kusano: A long time ago, there was a lot of gossip about me and Yuki-chan from Judy and Mary...
Tamura: Ahh, that's something to be proud of... isn't that great? I want to have a rumor with a cute girl too.
Kusano: People also accused me of having a homosexual relationship with Hirai Ken-kun. I'm really sorry for the people that were involved.
Tamura: So you yourself are completely okay with it? (laughs)

Talking with Remioromen's Fujimaki (vocalist).

Kusano: Looking at Remioromen's success makes me feel like I have to work harder. I managed to have a talk with Fujimaki during the launch of Rock Rock Konichiwa.
Miwa: Oh... that time.
Tamura: There was a lot of misunderstandings. (laughs)
Kusano: I was just rubbing the back of my head the entire time.
Miwa: That was the last time you're ever going to talk to him.
Kusano: (laughs)
Miwa: They had to play King's Game!(kinda like truth or dare) Just the two of them. It was weird.

Kusano's 'important' message to fans.

Kusano: Whenever you feel insecure about being in this world, please think of this stupid face. (laughs)

About the "Honey and Clover" movie.

Kusano: That Aoi-chan is really cute... ehehe...there weren't any kids that were that cute when I was in college...hmm, yes... (looks around him) Oh, please excuse me!
All: (laughs)
Tamura: What the hell was that?!
Kusano: It's not...
Tamura: That was painful.
Kusano: Well, she may have been my muse...ehehehe...

(Was Mahou no Kotoba written for Aoi Yuu?!)

About 'Fake Fur'.

Kusano: To tell you the truth, 'Fake Fur' is an album that I don't want to listen to ever again. There's something about it that isn't convincing. I wanted to be reborn at that time, and it was a painful point of my life. But I did the best that I could at that moment. Still, since this album is a reflection of the person I was at that time, it's hard for me to give it a listen again.

(The pressure of the successes of 'Hachimitsu' and 'Indigo Chiheisen' must've took a toll on him...)

Kuji Hiroko (keyboardist, back-up vocals) talks about Masamune's tardiness.

Kuji: Masamune will be late again~
Kusano: I'm not like that nowadays!
Kuji: Doesn't that sound like another excuse for being late?
Kusano: Time and space gets distorted only around me...
Kuji: (breaks into a laugh)

(Kuji-san couldn't do anything but laugh)

-If you had to live for one month in a deserted island, which member would you rather get stuck with?

Kusano: It's going to be hard with any of these guys anyways, so anyone would be alright! (laughs)
Miwa: I think I wouldn't have to do anything if I'm with Saki-chan. He is a hard working person.
Sakiyama: I know how to build fires.
Tamura: Well then, things will be great with Saki-chan! (laughs)

(Everyone loves Saki-chan)

Talk with Yoshii Kazuya about hairstyles.

-What feature do you like about the opposite sex?

Kusano: I like it when girls tie their hair in a bun. But even if they don't do that, it's still okay.
Yoshii: Ohh, take note of the hair bun everyone! Let's all go to Spitz's tour with hair buns! (laughs)
Kusano: No, I do like a very short haircut as well.
Yoshii: I'm cutting mine off then! (laughs)
Kusano: I like shoulder-length hair too. (starts to grin)
Yoshii: Ohhh! Wait, are you just playing around with me?

Masamune and Tetsuya talks about baseball.

Kusano: It's warm today, perfect for a game of baseball. When someone scores and people are shouting "Hooray!", you shake hands with the person next to you. Maybe love can begin that way. But that has never happened to me.
Miwa: The person that sits next to you in a baseball game would most likely be a guy.
Kusano: I'd hug the uncle sitting next to me. (laughs)
Miwa: So, you mean you'd hug me too?
Kusano: Well, you live only once.
