Short, concise description of the idea
It's highly annoying that screened comments can't be replied to with unscreening them. Particularly given anyone following a thread will get said comment emailed to them.

Full description of the idea
Please, please fix this. It's not hard.
An ordered list of benefits

• Security of screened comments.
• 
  Being able to say give private contact details safely without having to send a private message as these are often not picked up for ages.
