Short, concise description of the idea
Basically rather than seeing a jumbled mess when I log into my LJ profile, I propose that for PAID customers the idea of being able to customize my home page rather than having to see LJ Spotlight or anything I don't care to see.
Full description of the idea
I basically explained it in the sentence, but I can do it again. In my opinion (which may not be everyone elses) I think having the ability to customize the homescreen after you login would be nice. I think having this for only paid users would be a better idea though giving more incentive to get a paid account. I don't care to see the LJ spotlight because it usually ends up not being sites I care for. If anything give me the chance to edit the "spotlight" categories.
An ordered list of benefits
- Customization that you want, just like you do your journal.
- Less clutter on the home screen.
- Not too many drawbacks that I can foresee, but I am sure there are some.
