LJ Users from some cities which are located in Europe are to choose Time Zone Asia/Yekaterinburg.

User from Perm (Russia) asks (http://www.livejournal.com/support/see_request.bml?id=984365) in LJ Support: "What time zone should I use? We are Europe Moscow +2" (i.e. +5:00 (YEKT) and +6:00 (YEKST)).

He is quite right! Yekaterinburg (the only city in their zone)) is related to Asia.

So I suggest to add Europe/Perm (or Europe/Ufa) with +5:00 (YEKT) and +6:00 (YEKST) to the list at http://www.livejournal.com/manage/settings/?cat=display
