Separate support boards

It would be great if there were two support boards, one for questions in English and one for questions in other languages.
Full description of the idea
I've recently been helping out on the Support board and noticed that there are a lot of questions in Russian as well as English. I think it would be helpful for Support volunteers to be able to view questions that are in a language they are proficient in, as it is frustrating to want to help someone but not be able to due to a language barrier. I think having two support boards would be great - one for English, and one for Russian and/or other languages (I say Russian specifically, because that is the one besides English that I see the most of).
An ordered list of benefits
- Boards would be tailored to the language of both the asker and answerer
- Less "cluttered" support board
