Add a link to the requesting user's profile page to Community Membership Request emails sent to Community maintainers, so that they can go directly to the information about that user before choosing approval or rejection.

Full description of the idea
I am currently helping maintain a community which is in the phase of rapidly gaining new members. We are screening membership. I find myself frustrated every time I receive a membership request email, because I need to view the User's profile, but the process to do so requires that I load up LiveJournal and search for them myself. Given that their user name is already connected with the message sent, I am hoping it is a simple thing to add a link to their user profile in the email message.
An ordered list of benefits

• It would make evaluating potential community members before approval much more convenient.
• It makes sense given the existing emails include fast links for both approval and rejection.

An ordered list of problems/issues involved

• It could make the Membership Request email messages a bit more confusing, I suppose.
