Full description of the idea
Right now it's not possible to see how many tags I have defined at /manage/tags.bml unless I count each of them. Because there's a limit to how many tags a user can define, it's possible for a user to go over the tag limit and not know it until alerted by LiveJournal. Displaying the number of defined tags at this page would help users know how many tags they have defined.
