In Voice Post settings, it's possible to select a filter group to be able to post the Voice Post to - this suggestion is to be able to have that group posted to by default in the case of a hang up.

In Voice Post settings, it's possible to select a filter group to be able to post the Voice Post to - this suggestion is to be able to have that group posted to by default in the case of a hang up.

I'd suggest that something along the lines of "filtered" is added to the Hang Up security level dropdown box, to go in with Public and Private.
An ordered list of benefits

• Means that voice posts can be set as something other than just public or private in the event of a hang up.
• No more embarrassed LJers when they get back from the wedding they were whinging about to find out that the wrong people could actually hear the voice post you've just made, since the call cut off because your SpinVox settings have all been reset (which I found deeply annoying, and have had to go back and change my settings so that SV doesn't think it's allowed to transcribe my posts) and so the call cut out before you knew it was going to.

An ordered list of problems/issues involved

• Someone's gotta do the coding for the extra bit in the dropdown box, and no doubt there'll have to be some behind-the-scenes stuff fiddled with to be able to make it happen.
• I'm sure people'll be able to think of more problems.
