Don't display forms the user can't submit

Short, concise description of the idea
Don't bother displaying a Post Comment form if the currently logged-in user doesn't have the rights to do so.

This makes sense. Your last line greatly amuses me, but I'm not sure why. I think the catch there is that it's probably hard to tell when people us things like LJLogin to hop identities rather than just using the post-as options.
