Be able to set the scheme to something other than the options shown on the Viewing Options (such as dystopia)

Full description of the idea
A setter that works in the format "set schemepref [schemename]". I'd do it myself, but I don't see goathack going back online anytime soon. Ho hum..

• Would be able to browse LJ in a classic style
• Not be forced to choose lynx if someone doesn't like the current choices
