Mainly, its hard to get a GIF file under 40KB even when its under 100x100 pixels
Full description of the idea
Recently I tried to upload a couple of very nice icons but I got this message: The GIF image you uploaded is too large. GIF file size cannot exceed 40KB.
I'm not asking for like a gig upload, but when I try to optimize the icon further still, I can only get the file down to around 94KB.
So can we maybe bump that upload limit purty please?
I mean I have a 102 icon limit, but I only use like less than 20. I rather trade that icon limit for better looking icons that require a little more KB.

- I guess the problem is where to set the limit on the upload. I undersand that 40k may seem like an okay amount but that severely limits GIF uploads.
