Ads are killing LiveJournal, very slowly but still. No one can't afford to pay to delete them and paying just because the ads are annoying is silly. If LJ agreed to put only ads in the dashboard and not on the journal, it would be a huge step for the website.
An ordered list of benefits
- Everyone would agree to have more ads on the website if said ads could disappeared from their journal.
I remind the staff that this is the era of web 2.0, ads like the one polluting LiveJournal don't have their place anymore. It's time to think about something else if LiveJournal doesn't want to be outdated.
- - Ads so huge means not being able to put the layout you want.
- Ads like this are a drawbacks for anyone wanting to use LiveJournal.
- Just think about all the other website proposing a social community without ads! LiveJournal has to become attractive again or it will die.
