Provide the ability to replace an icon with a new icon, keeping the keywords and comment as-is.

Full description of the idea
Suppose I want to replace an existing icon with a new icon, and attach all the keywords from the new icon to the old icon. As it is, I have to find the old icon, copy/paste the keywords and comment somewhere, delete the old icon, upload the new icon, and paste in the keywords/comment from the old icon. I propose putting a button next to each icon on the "Manage Userpics" screen that would allow you to upload a replacement icon and preserve the keywords and comment.
