There is upload capability but not a download capability for the photos.
Full description of the idea
I use Flickr as my photo sharing source and realised as I was trying to transfer all my photos over to flicker that there isn't a way to download the photos I uploaded (as I can't seem to find them anywhere on my computer) so I can just as easily upload them to flickr. I would like to recommend that you add this feature to Scrapbook.
An ordered list of benefits

- Easier ability to share photos/move them around
- More integration with other sites (take cues from facebook)
- You may lose customers using scrapbook to flickr or other photo sharing sites. However, Flickr's "share" option only allows you to share 1 photo on your blog so if you partnered with them maybe you can find a way (together) to share a whole set or collection photos at one time. And maybe even add such options as private, friends, selected groups, etc for sharing your photos.
