No Sponsored V-Gifts to Profiles

Short, concise description of the idea
I do not like the new advertising by way of free gifts. It would be great if paid or perm members could completely opt out of receiving them.

I'm totally for this. As far as I'm concerned, sponsored v-gifts are fine as long as paid and perms can opt out of them.

As a paid member, I would prefer not to see them anywhere. However, on others' profiles, there could be a link ("Show sponsored gifts") that would display the sponsored gifts should I wish to look at them.

I would like to be able to opt out of all other sponsored/advertising stuff too, the mood theme in particular since that one may end up on my own friends page.

I'm definitely for this. Though I don't believe paid/perm accounts should have to pay extra to opt out of advertising that (once upon a time, about a year ago) they were told they'd never have to see.

I just suggested payment because I thought Six Apart only cared about the money, so they might take something that offers them money more seriously. I also just want those ads to stay away from my profile. I like v-gifts and I like to give them, I just don't want sponsored "gifts."
