Creating special styles for tag view.

I use the S1 system for creating styles, but that leaves the tags page in a basic view. In my opinion not only is this basic view ugly but it is hard to follow. It'd be nice to be able to edit how that page is viewed in S1 system. Whether with customizations or custom styles.

- I'm not a developer of any kind so I'm not sure. About the same methods it took to impliment styles for S1 in the first place.
