I would like to be able to make a mobile post directly from my phone that includes a video file (3GP, MPG, etc)

I would like to be able to make a mobile post directly from my phone that includes a video file (3GP, MPG, etc).
The video can be added to scrapbook, and there could be an upper limit of say 2MB per phone post since wireless phone transfers are relatively slow.
An ordered list of benefits
- more posts from people who aren't near their computer all the time
- more readers of journals with videos
An ordered list of problems/issues involved
- slowness of phone provider network
An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation
- allow livejournal to accept videos attachments through their email server
- take attachments and add them to scrapbook like jpg mobile attachments are handled now
