Add more links to the poll vote notification emails and IMs.

Full description of the idea
I love the new poll vote notification feature! But the notices themselves could stand to be improved a bit.

The email notifications only have a link to the poll itself. It would be nice to also have a link to the entry containing the poll. The IM notifications have no links at all! It would be nice if they had at least one of these links, if not both. (I don't use the message center, so I don't know if its poll notifications are also lacking in links.)

• More cluttered and longer notices, especially if two links are added to the IMs

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation
